Responsibilities
·         Receive the WO (Work Order) by site Operator Manager through complaint online portal.
·         Approval for WO (work Order) from lead engineer.
·         Contact the site manager and get complete information about the complaint from him.
·         Make a list of essential material for site execution.
·         Site budget billing and get approval.
·         Team up for work and set a date for work execution.
At Site
·         Survey the site and ensure the site safety.
·         Fill-up the work permit form and take permission for work to site manager.
·         Execute the work by managing the labor, material and machinery.
·         Execute the work within budget and to the right quality standard.
·         Monitor employer’s progress and carry out safety checks and short out any problems which could hold up work as they arise.
·         Supervising the labors at any stage.
·         Keep in close contact with site manager.
·         As well as observance of safety requirements.
·         Complete the task and satisfy the site manager.
·         At last close the work permit.
    After Site Execution
·         Collect all site execution data eg site WCF (work clearance form). Site work before and after picture and Expenses bills.
·         Providing data in respects of variation orders.
·         Preparing record drawing, technical reports, Daily progress reports, and monthly progress reports
·         Close the WO (work order) on client online portal with pictorial evidence.
·         Courier all site documents eg expenses bills,WCF form, reports to main office 
Supervising and counseling juniers.
