Maintenance & Standardization of Machines, Root Cause Analysis
Manage the overall activities of the molding department including but not limited to maintenance, but to processing, machine maintenance and tool maintenance and polymer properties.
Coordinate machine and set-up planning to meet production plan
Technically oversee and support validations of new products/ molds
Coordinate sourcing of molds and their implementation in production
Be responsible for the corrective & preventive maintenance of molds and machines
Maintain Production Batch-wise
Write, repair and test PLC programs for machines and equipment on site.
Provide technical support in resolving equipment and process issue.
Research, select, or apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, pressure sensing, or electronic communication.
Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical or pneumatic devices or systems. Managing budgets along with maintaining statistical and financial records
Design advanced electronic control systems for mechanical systems. Managing stocks of supplies and equipment. Analyze existing development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.
Comply with safety protocols and guidelines. Design advanced precision equipment for accurate or controlled applications.
Provide Technical Support and Guidance to clients in order to suggest improved designs
Ensure that the required Project Documentation is completed and delivered in a timely manner
Monitor or calibrate automated systems, industrial control systems, or system components to maximize efficiency of production.
Establish and maintain the standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.
Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Provide technical support in resolving equipment and process issue.
