Rahmat Surgical Hospital is a private sector hospital with multiple specialties where I was working as an administrative assistant. As an administrative assistant I assigned multiple tasks as below:
 Update and maintain the health records of patients.
 Assist patients with initial paperwork.
 Schedule and coordinate appointments.
 Manage receivable and payable accounts and maintain financial records.
 Answer patients’ queries and ensure quality control for customers.
 Collaborate with hospital doctors and nurses to help with medical examinations, schedule tests and order supplies.
 Interview patients for their appointments.

I have done internship in Meezan Bank Limited in Chichawatni Pakistan where I got an opportunity to work in administration department to have overall idea of administration duties of organization and hands on training to get experience of banking environment. As an internee I was assigned multiple tasks as below for the learning:
 Record Inward and Outward Clearings.
 Prepare Account Opening Forms.
 Receive and Deliver the Cheque Books.
 Receive and deliver the ATM Cards.
 Inform to the customers about their Cheque Books and ATM Cards.
 Fill the online deposit slips.
