 To manage technical team of Fabrication and Maintenance of Mechanical, HVAC and 
Plumbing. 
 To keep Head of Technical informed of all the activities and incidence in the 
Engineering Department.
 Strategize on maintenance and Fabrication works instruction, and methods.
 Able to represent engineering department on HOD meeting during the absence of 
Departmental Head.
 Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults, and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.
 Offer technical expertise to the maintenance and fabrication teams like supervisors, 
foreman, fitters, and technicians.
 Function as project development member in fabrication or installation of new project.
 Work with reliability engineers to extend the equipment life cycle.
 Manage budget for current and future equipment upgrades and replacements.
 Schedule and obtain project material and manpower.
 Check work-in-progress and during completion to meet specifications.
 Estimate costs on equipment, systems, and structures repair or replacement.

 To check all log books daily and take corrective measures accordingly.

 To coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance 
work.
 To check the quality of engineering goods procured by the organization.
 Able to take decisions in order to ensure successful operation.
 Able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner Able to effectively perform 
vendor management.
 Able to make quotation finalization.
 Daily coordination of the Technical services department in his/her area of 
responsibility.
 Advise on the duty roster for his/her area of responsibility.
 Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user 
departments.
 Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required. Prepare 
reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records, order equipment and 
supplies.

Involved in the maintenance of Hydraulic system, Pneumatic
system, compressors and IC engines Maintenance with
hands on experience.
 diagnosing faults, repairing equipment and responding to
breakdowns
 carry out routine maintenance work and respond to
equipment faults
 The implementation of preventive maintenance programs
 planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
 Quality inspector of Corrective Maintenance.
 Supervising engineering and technical staff
 Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
 The quality of machine or equipment maintenance
operations, including those carried out by third parties, is in
line with reference standards.
 Manage all communication with supervisors and ensure
efficiency of all fabrication process and resolve all issues for
processes.
 Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials and
assist to fabricate and weld all products.
 Computer aided engineering drawing (CAD) Using Pro-E
software to create prototypes.

Involved in the Maintenance and Service of earth moving
equipment’s.
 Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves
problems of the customer.
 inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the
problem that the customer demands
 offers customer training for the product; repairs, tests and
maintains equipment
