Brief and guide community about the RTS laws, notified services and complaint procedures.
Monitor quality of services provided to the public by the government departments such as filing of FIR by police stations, building plans and garbage disposal by Municipal Committee, Issuance and renewal of Drug, arms and driving Licences, Death/Birth Certificates, Zakat and Health, issuance of construction wood permits from forest department etc.)
Record complaints from the general public and sending them to the appellate authorities of the concerned departments for prompt action.
Regular follow-up to head office for prompt action and satisfactory redressal of community complaints registered against the district line departments.
Inquiring from the complainant about any action been taken against the responsible and if no action is taken cases sent to the head office.
