·        Responsible to manage production time line and quality at all stages fabrication to ship.
·        Arrange pre-production meeting and supervise production and quality team.
·        Responsible to develop initial pattern and fit sample with the help of technical file provided by client.
·        Involve in the process of turning a sample size in to an additional smaller or larger sizes according to size specification sheet, check all size set and adjust the pattern when needed before start bulk production.
·        Review samples as per required styling and measurements with technical file.
·        Supervise and coordinate with washing team (denim products) during washing process involve in shade washing approvals.
·        Responsible for quality of all outgoing garments for (CMT) stitching & ensure that the product measurements, styling, workmanship and construction must match as per approved samples.
·        Responsible to check inline inspection reports of QC team during production is running on the floor daily basis.
·        Handling quality issues & discussed with team to find out the root cause & Corrective action plan.
·        Perform pre final inspection before offer to client QC.
·        Coordinate weekly schedule & manage such as final third-party audit & shipping schedules.

·        Conduct  IPI  initial  Production  Inspection)  ,  DPI  (During  Production  Inspection)  ,  FRI (Final  Random  Inspection) & Container Loading Inspection of all type of textile products (home textile , knitted and woven Garments, leather products etc.), According to SOP & AQL.
·        Responsible to complete detailed inspection report with required photo record, defects review, product conformity and witness of any related test like metal detection test, carton drop test, polybag thickness test etc.
·        Responsible to prepare report on client provided report format and send to reviewer same day.
·        Read & follow different client SOP’s, Manuals & IFI.
·        Attend Internal Office Trainings for new Client & BV Generic Protocol.
·        Experienced in all kind of Apparels and Home textile & Leather Products.
·        Key clients: (Tesco, Aldi, JC penny, Conbipel, Auchan & Argos.

○ Coordinate with customer and full fill all his concerns regarding samples ,accessories , fabric quality , time line etc.
○ Coordinate with Factory management regarding order samples ,accessories, fabric , shipment time etc
o Develop of raw material and accessories from local and foreign suppliers.
o Oversee and resolve all issues during production.
o Controlled all data & records of PO.

○ Study Client file, details tech pack & other requirements
○ Responsible for quality and production in all stages yarn to ship.
○ Study & Review Client Comments on approvals against production.
○ Recommended technical issues & sewing techniques to production staff during inline inspection.
○ Handling quality issues & discussed with team & upper management to find out the root cause & Corrective action plan
○ Oversee and resolve all quality issues with coordination of vender & Qc team.
○ Coordinate with merchandiser regarding approvals and customer requirements.
