• Providing IT Support on L1, L2 and L3.
• Install and configurations of (computer systems, laptops, servers operating systems, AD DS, DHCP, DNS Server, Antivirus, Secure Printing Solutions).
• Ensure all incidents and tickets related to IT and Network are properly logged in Service Desk Software.
