• Initiate and process the administrative vouchers with due diligence, scrutiny and cross checks etc .
• Managing , updating of personal files of all employees as per requirements and procedures laid down in HR Policy , Manual and office orders etc and to maintain the database of each employee (HRIS) .
• To manage, control the attendance , leave status and record of all employees .
• Preparation of monthly work sheet of all employees concerning attendance , absenteeism, late coming , deduction , adjustments etc in connection with payroll .
• Ensure compliance of all office orders , rules , policies by each employee and report any deviation , non compliance etc .
• Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
• Ensure , administer and control the availability of office supplies i.e grocery and other allied items , other purchases , supplies etc such as stationery including other items etc .
• Coordinating with vendors like Mobilink , PTCL and others for their services delivery in accordance with quality and quantity .
• Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
