• Ensuring the manpower benchmarks are as per the stipulated plan and submission of overall manpower histogram & each job specific histogram to the client on weekly-basis for the complete pre-shutdown, shutdown and post-shutdown period
• Monitoring of manpower mobilization matrix encompassing complete details of the planned manpower for each and every job included in the contract according to the scope and duration details
• Maintaining the S-Curves showing actual progress vs. planned progress & variance
