Sales and operations planning, production planning and distribution channel management
The position ensure in time dealers and warehouse bound shipment on OC (own carriage) & CC (company carriage) modes in the most safe, efficient & cost effective manners.
The position coordinates with sales for retrieval of dealers orders logged in ERP & allocate these orders to the respective truckers using the order management super user module of ERP (Oracle).

To manage the safe, efficient & cost effective business operation of the company Including all aspects to the Raw Material Inventory Management (Rock Phosphate/Sulphur/Sulphuric-Acid/TWPP-Bags),
Dealers Orders Management/Distribution/Dispatch/Weighbridge/Logistics Support & Freight payments.
Raw Materials handling & Transportation.
Daily Close liaison with sale & marketing field force.
Product Planning, Projects Mobilization/Demobilization.
Supervised order plan, processing, Distribution, Logistics, Handling & deal all kind of processing issues, cancellations, stock issues, shipping issues, forwarder issues.
Strong follow-up on assigned activities & accomplished all the challenges of logistics market.
Critical analysis on Inventory position & raise indent for material purchase.
Manage the AWDC (Average Waited Distribution Cost/bag/month)
Control delivery expenses by austerity measure through formulation of cost effective strategical policies.
Monitoring of all Loading operation and precautionary measures are adopted & no as such unsafe practices are exercised.
To ensure the DIFOT (Delivery-In-Full-On-Time) exercise
Routing plan of Daily dispatches & manage the Logistics support for such plan.
