Prepare production plan and ensure Production complete as per plan.Monitor Preparation & Testing of Generator as per process (13 to 500KVA). I am also expert in preparation of AMF and ATS control Panels with different types of DSE modules, PFI
& distribution Panels,Electrical maintenance and inspection of compressors, boilers, vacuum blowers, dying machines and die casting and CNC machines. Have been part of project implementation with excellent communication skills and facilitator to team.

Electrical Engineer (Production)
• To plan and manage all production activities at plant .
• To monitor preparation of AMF/ATS panels as per defined SOPs.
• To monitor coupling of generator and installation of control panel and harness.
• To perform in process and final inspection of AMF/ATS Panels.
• To set Weekly/Monthly Production Plan.
• To monitor generator testing on resistive load and alternator testing at high voltage.
• To Monitor insulation resisting (IR) testing of alternator.
Electrical Supervisor
• To perform preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.
• To monitor trouble shooting of die casting machines.
• Responsible of maintenance of generator (500KVA), Compressors, CNC etc.
Senior Electrical Technician
• Responsible of shift handling
• Trouble shooting of dyeing machines, Steam Dryers, boiler 1.5 ton and Hydro screw compressors
