A highly dynamic, experienced and self‐starting Professional with knowledge of managing Field Service Operations, Key skills of Pump Performance Monitoring/Energy Audits, Enjoying good Knowledge base in Rotating Equipment, Power Plants and Technical/Pump Trainer for different Key Customers (Water and Waste Water, Energy, Oil and Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical, Paper and Pulp, Food and textile sector).
• Effectively managing the field service team to provide quick response to external / internal customers.
• Reviewing the reports of the field service teams for any further action required by service, any other department of KSB or customers.
• Maintaining record of the field service activities for immediate retrieval when required.
• Ensure that tools & equipment, instruments and machinery is properly maintained.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Escalate technical product issues to Quality / Product Management / Product Engineering
• Provide product feedback / customer’s suggestion to concerned departments.
• Escalate serious customer issues to higher level for quick decision.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with company health, safety and environment policies.
• Remains flexible in other assigned roles as required
