Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot any type of issue raise in ERP systems i.e, WizmenERP, Candela Retail Solutions and other softwares being used.
• Responsible for any type of new ERP development (design, development, implementation, training) as per the requirements.
• Guide software development team in whole development of cycle.
• Ensure timely and efficient installation of required software at client terminals with authorized rights only.
• Assign user rights as per the authorization of ERP functional team.
• Supervise user support provided by the ERP technical team to minimize technical issues.
• Give technical trainings to users to enhance their skills as per the schedule prepared by the Candela Functional team.
• Visit end user to observe appropriate usage of Candela
• Supervise user support provided by the ERP department to maintain and improve services standard.
• Coordinate with support team to solve all types of issues in ERP system.
• Make sure to compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
• Get operating instructions compiled and also validate them for users’ reference.
• Ensure to monitor performance of software to identify bugs
