Responsibilities resolve support requests by making a correction or restoration to the System & ERP configuration. System’s installation, configuration and maintenance, Implementation of network infrastructure and ERP system monitoring, and purchasing of systems and I.T. equipment’s required by the user needs and requirements. Communicate, counsel and advice the users on the status of Information system and network support in head office and outlets all over Pakistan. (NEXT, Debenhams, Timberland, CROCS, Mother care, Accessorize, Monsoon) in super vision of Team leader and Manager. Assist in the evaluation of hardware and software, including peripherals output and telecommunications equipment.
Responsibilities resolve support requests by making a correction or restoration to the network (E.g. router or server setting and protocol) or to the system configuration. Monitors network activity, CCTV, PABX and operations using network monitoring and management techniques. Provides recommendations to personnel in the field by making either a change to network-level operations or an enhancement to the network (tuning or upgrade)responsible for the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Provide work direction and guidance.
