Operations Engineer
❖ Currently involved in shift activities and working as Shift Engineer to run the plant safely and sustainable operation, manpower management, developing log sheets, checklist & SOPs, and site applicable protocol for the safe and reliable operations of the system on an ongoing basis. ❖ Good understanding and knowledge of Cooling water treatment, BFW treatment, Raw Water, and Portable water treatment.
❖ Optimizing SOx, NOx, COx in the recommended range of HHI and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) using lime dosing in Fluidized Bed Boiler and also, use efficient and even distribution method for controlling all the pollutants in the recommended range.
❖ Analyze coal using different analysis methods and optimize coal combustion using frequent combustion analysis in GC apparatus and through this optimize lime and coal consumption of boiler.
❖ Coordinate with Chemical Vendor for changes in dosing and maintain parameters as per the recommended limits
❖ SAP PP module working as the making of Daily Production Reports and managed sales deliveries and budgeted targets. Also, create preventive and corrective maintenance plans on the SAP PM module.
❖ Perform the performance test of the cooling tower and STGs
❖ Implementation of the plant audits as per the audit plans for safe operations of the plant
