•Assistance to Manager operation for planning and implementation of policies.•Supervision of Bus Rapid Transit Track for smooth operation of buses.•Responsible for implementation of operational plan and schedule Headway as instructed by client (Punjab Mass Transit Authority).•Responsible for investigation and resolve operational issues, properly and timely, in order to minimize company from financial loss and penalty hit by Client (Punjab Mass transit Authority).•Monitoring and Maintaining of daily operations of Lahore Metro Bus Service using Kent kart Software.•Responsible for scheduling training program and designing duty rosters.•Responsible for keeping close coordination with all stakeholders.•Responsible for addressing and resolving passengers complaints.Responsible for performing other office tasks as instructed by senior management.•Curtailed the Metro bus service operation during Critical situation as per Punjab Mass Transit Authority instruction.•Plan and ensure arrangement of Special / Additional trips (especially for C.M and other V.I.P’s or in case of special events) in co-ordination with PMA.

It’s a housing society project where’s Client and consultant is Defense housing authority Lahore.
• Execution of Engineering works (i.e. road works, sewerage works, water supply, underground
electricity works, Man hole construction works, overhead water tank as per specification and
drawings.
• Monitoring and Reviewing project progress and identifying improvements.
• Preparing plans for daily activities and providing reports to Management board and coordinating
with project manager.
