TRANSFORMERS:
Testing of Power Transformer (Different Make, Type and MVA Rating)and Instrument Transformer (CT’s & PT’s) i.e open Circuit Test, Short Circuit Test, Transformer Turn Ratio (T.T.R) Test, Winding Insulation Test, Winding Resistance Test, Capacitance & Dissipation Factor Test etc.
CIRCUIT BREAKERS:
Testing of 220kV and 132kV circuit Breakers i.e Contact Resistance Test Set, Opening/Closing Time of Circuit Breakers through Time recorder Test, Purity Test, Dew Point.
RELAY:
Testing of Protective Relay Installed in 220 KV & 132 KV Grid i.e Differential Relay (ABB, UK, Siemens, GEC), Distance Relay and Over Current & Earth Fault Relay, Back-up over current Relay & DC Supervision Relay through Primary & Secondary Injection Test set.
Transmission Line (T/L):
Involved in all aspects of T/L design for new lines, relocations, upgrades. Performs detailed engineering calculations to draw up construction specifications, such as cable sag, pole strength, and necessary grounding. Inspects completed installation
