I am a young ,energetic professional and have completed Masters in Gender Studies from Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. I have around 01 years experience in development sector working with various national/International organizations like TDEA, Agha Khan and SAHIL etc. in various donor funded projects like USAID & AKDN. I have sound knowledge and understanding of different socio cultural norms and sensitivities of the different communities of Pakistan and can easily adjust myself in different socio cultural environment. I have good report writing, communication and presentation skills and have monitor and analyzed large data sets of governance, health and advocacy projects. I am familiar with data collection and analysis requirements and can use different data collection tools with ease. I am well aware of the data collection, analysis reporting and documentation protocols of USAID funded projects.
