• Developing and implementing HR planning strategies / policies with line managers.
• Staying up-to-date, interpreting and advising on UAE Labor law.
• Providing general HR administrative support across the organization.
• Conducting inductions of new staff to ensure employees are fully aware of their rights and entitlements.
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with the line managers and ensuring everyone is fully trained up and can do their job effectively.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
• Providing current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
• Maintaining updated database of all the employees; preparing their files and maintaining records.
• Responsible for Processing new visas and in the renewal of existing visas for staff responsible for boarding/off boarding of staff including visa processing, Emirates ID, Health insurance addition/deletion, NOCs, and other documentations.
• Planning, developing and implementation of performance standards which involves salary adjustment procedures, annual salary, incentive plans, bonus and person based pay (skills, knowledge, credential etc.).
• Conducting job evaluations, ensuring completion of probationary, performance reviews and annual performance reviews;
• Getting vacancy details from departmental managers and assisting in the development of position descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates to finalize applicants for the position.
