Instrument & Control Engineer
With 5 years of working experience as an instrument engineer in oil and gas sector on proposal and project level including the basic and detailed design engineering
• Experienced in the selection and procurement of field instruments and control systems after proper technical evaluation including control valves, shutdown valves, pressure safety valves, instruments to control flow, temperature, level & pressure of the plant, fire & gas detection instruments
• Review of control philosophy, P&I diagram, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, flow chart
• Preparation of data sheets and layouts for field instruments
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD to generate layouts and drawings
• Familiar with engineering standards ISA, IEEE, ASTM, NAMUR, ASMI, ANSI, NEMA, IEC to be adopted during FEED & EPC phases of oil/gas projects.
• Good at speaking, writing, presentation and public dealing
• Excellent organizational and team working abilities
• Effective at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve deadlines
