1) Business / Industrial cleaning :A customer clemata, i.e a cleaning business
2) Customer :Customer of a cleaning company in their customer database
3) Chef / Owner :Users of the system: The first user is automatically created when a business is created, the same rights as an administration + more.
4) Employee :Users of the system: Mostly a cleaning assistant that receives cleaning tasks and with limited rights
5)Administrator :Users of the system: Administration department of a cleaning company,
but almost of all rights
6) Inspector :Users of the system: A cleaning company inspector with many rights, not like an Administrator
7)Supplier (shop): Admin Panel: Product / goods provider of cleaning materials etc. assigned via BackOffice for a business.
8) Just for information purpose on Company side- When a company log, they also have a supplier directory, but it is however, completely separate from the Supplier (shop). A company's supplier directory is "just" an extra book and do not have any definite function as such, beyond a simple list, or a list.
9) INSPECTOR MODULE:
i) View in Cleaning Calender (Only customers & Employees assigned to Inspector):
Inspector can on calendar view - do following:
- Create new task – Edit Task – More Staff – Various Hours – Hours Summary – Hent Skemaer – Advanced Search - View Adhoc tasks and view My hours summary
ii)Workplaces View
- Need to create two views here IF Inspectors has “Cleaning Role” the Workplaces table should be divided in 2 tables; 1 for Inspectors tasks(Customers) and 1 for cleaning tasks(Customers)
iii)Inbox Message Center
- Inspector can here create and send messages – However messages can only be sent to employees related to associated customer/Operation Manager and Admin and only related employees for client.
- View messages / Read messages / Reply messages – Note: No Delete function.
