Responsibilities
• Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email.
• To configure the LAN devices to ensure their smooth and reliable operation in line with business requirements.
• talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Installation & troubleshooting of different client applications software’s i.e. Rosetta, tiles, FCC, CRM, Business Object, Flex, etc.
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft Outlook mailing application for users.
• Software and hardware technical support to users on telephone and through remote
• Equipment of Cisco (Router+ PABX +Switch) cables shifting and providing support to central IT.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Testing and evaluating new Applications (Internal & External)
• Troubleshooting PTCL lines And IP device connectivity issues.
• Currently providing technical support in a 200+ user environment
• Troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, Attendance Systems etc. related issues.
• Preparing and maintaining of inventories of IT assets.
• Ensures that every machine has the latest anti-virus definition and executes Anti-Virus scans on routinely basis.
• Helping out and assisting auditors regarding IT related audits.
• Installation & Trouble shooting of all types of hardware devices like (Laser Jet Printer, Scanners) on domain network.
· Respond, evaluate and prioritize incoming phone calls,
· Service Requests and E-mail request for technical assistance from users within company or company customers (Franchises).
· To provide solution problems with hardware, software, networking, computer related issues and other web-based company applications.
· Coordination for installation of servers, routers, switches, Access Points and cabling.
· Asset Management.
· Apply troubleshooting techniques to verify solution
· Assist the other team members according to the situation.
· also entertain the users based on other cities through remotely access.
· Timely Escalation of IT services issues to next level for solution.
· supporting the roll-out of new applications
· Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
· Testing and evaluating new Applications (Internal & External)
· Coordination with venders for warranty claims, repairing etc.
· Weekly Visits to remote locations
· Coordination during Preventive Maintenance Project
· Responsible to make sure the meeting rooms IT equipment proper functionality for company’s important meetings.
· Coordination with OAS team for CCTV cameras, Attendance Systems etc. related issues.
DEO at AAU is responsible for the following tasks:
Responsible for the management/maintenance of project management information system (MIS)
Enter and update client records electronically on daily basis in the Management Information system
Check the records thoroughly to prevent data duplication while registering clients.
Adhere to all necessary data entry protocols while computerizing service delivery data and registration data
Identify data collection errors and report those to the relevant staff member and the AAU Manager.
Maintain & Keep a backup of client files
Provide routine support in IT requirements of AAU
Print out CMF Clients Management Files.
Print out all the files and formats used in daily activities.
Email Daily progress reports on a regular basis
Intimate Site Managers about Lama RD ATL MR Clients.
Maintain Address Book on a daily basis.
Any other task is given by the AAU Manager
