Responsibilities include from procuring materials/raw material i.e. garment and other requirement to completion, to delivering a finished good to the market, and everything in between and working on strict timed cycles to help manage the flow of the production and maintain enough inventory to not bottle neck the market or the warehouse as this is a limited product, as per the season style & design. Assists in shipping, receiving and checking of merchandise. Managing the sorting and placement of material on racks/shelves etc. as per organizations standards. Furthermore dealing with whole sellers and keeping books/ledgers of accounts from procuring to delivery and maintain checked credit lines with our recurring clients

Responding to Calls, chat and E-mail inquiries, providing quality service to customer associates inquiring about the availability of products or status to order. Strive for quick complaint resolutions avoiding an issue escalation. Contributed to growth in the sales of products, and increase in number of customers. With the understanding and the concept of the customer, make designs and/or make changes to the preexisting designs and the working on the product. Getting back to the team-lead and discussing on the clients requirements and expectations and making sure to keep the two product team and the client are one and on the same page, and that the end product is given on time, without quality compromise.
