• To look after construction of new stores
& expansion of existing ones.
• Make Weekly progress reports of new stores under process.
• Manage execution of new work related construction of store with.
• Supervision of store projects up to final layout and handover to Operation department.
• To Make BOQ’s (Bill of Quantity) of Stores.
• To verify the BOQ’s (Bill of quantity) of vendors.
• To verify fix Assets quantity to Finance Department.
• Lead the site to provide technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
