Implementation of project activities, preparation of monthly project activity plan, ensure data collection and record keeping,trained a team of women facilitators,conduct focussed group discussion, Ensuring Decent work criteria awareness by rural women with a spread focus on the elimination of hazardous child labour and gender discrimination in the cotton field, ensuring the implementation of decent work and women empowerment activities , establishment of climate smart groups to demonstrate livelihood improvement interventions,conduct baseline and end line surveys and compile reports, Organized donors visits, ensuring skill development training of rural women on interventions like apiculture, kitchen gardening , off season tunnel farming, livestock management , beautician, stitching centre, egg incubation, home stead poultry rearing etc., ensure the planing , arranging and marketing of the products, ensure the development of market linkages, identification of disadvantage groups , disabled people and improve their livelihood through interventions.Act as a team leader for outreach decent work advisory services to women of cotton farming families, maintain proper documentation of field activities, identify and document success stories and case studies , Arranging training and feedback sessions of women field facilitators, conduct physical verification of women field facilitators, ensure decent work criteria awareness by rural women with the spread focus on the elimination of hazardous child labour and gender discrimination in the field, ensuring the implementation of decent work and women empowerment activities, Provide technical support in the implementation of interventions, Built the capacity of rural women to enhance their socioeconomic resilience through different livelihood improvement interventions , ensuring skill development trainings of rural women, ensuring planning,arranging and marketing of the products, ensure the development of market linkages, Organised donor\'s visits.
