Currently working as a Police Communication Officer at PSCA. For initial 1 year I worked at Operation departments of PSCA in which includes attending of 15 calls and forward them to the Field Response Teams. From more than 2 years I am working in Network Operations Center of PSCA where my duty is monitoring end devices using a NMS, problem identification, troubleshooting, configuration and reporting critical outages. It includes troubleshooting of Routers and Switches and configuration of Network Cameras which includes assigning IP\'s managing Vlans etc. Managing Network Designing and expansion of network for New addition of sites. I am experienced in Configuring PTMS, JTMS and RLMS sites. In this role I supports field teams in installation of new CCTV cameras and expansion of the network. It includes managing a fiber optic based network for 8000 Cameras which are installed in Lahore.
