·         Managing supply chain operations of multiple brands selling at Amazon FBA owned by Thrasio.
·         Managing optimum stock levels at multiple 3PLs to send inventory to Amazon if and whenever is needed keeping in view sales velocity and forecast provided by FP&A team.
·         Order placement of stock in collaboration with company's purchase team after evaluating the present inventory situation at Amazon, 3PLs, in transit pipelines, OIP, sales/forecast data provided by Amazon Seller Central, Brand Managers and FP&A
·         Investigate and timely communicate any possible risks to immediate manager that may have significant impact on inventory replenishment variations.
·         Attend weekly scheduling meetings to communicate needs and issues pertaining to routine daily tasks along with logical suggestions to resolve those issues.
·         Collaborate with purchase team and brand managers to ensure smooth inventory replenishment and taking appropriate actions to avoid low inventory levels and stock outs at Amazon.
·         Uploading and updating all the inventory transactions on NetSuite (ERP) to make every stock movement visible and transparent throughout the organization.
·         Build and share accurate inventory reports to brand management teams for sales management.
·         Manage all inventory outbound transactions in close coordination with transportation carriers, and warehousing/third-party logistics service providers.

• Compile, check and finalise the monthly demand of drugs, medical supplies and equipment after detailed correspondence with CN department and SC Team.
• Send the monthly demand on fixed time of each month to the concerned SC personnel for monthly plan generation and signing.
• Correspond with required vendors for on time availability of items as per approved cost and quality.
• Supervise a supply chain team of 12 members at warehouse and head office in order to achieve operational excellence.
 • Check all the goods at Ware House, perform the quality checks and maintain records as per SOPs of SC.
• Make monthly supply schedule to complete the whole network supply within 7 working days and before 10th of each month.
• Keep check on clinic stocks to forecast any urgent demands at clinics. • Maintain Ware House as per required guidelines.
• Move inventory (General Items, Stationery and protocols and other materials across all the units (Clinics, Lab, Warehouse, Referral Clinics and Mobile units)
• Manage Ware House team to achieve optimum performance in terms of eliminating stock outs.
• Maintain relationship with vendors for cost effective supply chain solutions.
• Responsible for all the issues at Ware House including safety and security of stock.
• Continuous supply of IT procurement and project related materials as per management demand need.
• Close Liaison with Project Manager and overall management for the availability of IT equipment and project related material as per their need.

• Sourcing and negotiation with vendors. • Monitoring stock specifications and inventory documentation as per approved BOQ.
