Research numerous verticals to manage daily and weekly basis receiving of stock from HTBL Plant, Karachi warehouse, bonded warehouse and vendors, receive stock against ordered/purchase order and check proper quality, quantity, packing of cartons. Render a keen eye for details to generate delivery of Challan/ Sale Order for stock dispatch to distributors. Process and manage computerized inward gate passes, receiving of stock in oracle and make GRN computerized/manual according with ordered/purchase order and generation of stock barcode in ERP and label barcodes item wised. Ensure weekly and monthly balancing of stock according with system balance report.
Key Accomplishments:

Managed inventory planning for goods and services, including, stock levels, mitigating supply issues, managing stock, replenishment activities and monitor stock control by using automated computer systems.
Coordinate and perform assign materials management tasks, including: inventory control, accepting incoming orders, rotating, stocking, and maintain inventory.
Exercise hands-on approach and effective controls to supervise the dispatch of the stock company distributors according with sales order via bilty, company vehicle and 40 feet container.
Perform duties as a technical overlay to perform and control computerized/manual outward gate passes in oracle and matching the scanned barcode in ERP item wised.
Cross check transport bills bi-monthly and generate purchase order transporter wise; manage area wise dispatched & ensure stock delivered properly to distributor with focus on cost controlling in logistics function.
Monitor transporters performance on a monthly basis and devise adequate corrective action, made physical /Ledger balancing, stacking, stock audit monthly basis to company internal auditors and external auditors
Supervise total monthly stock receiving & dispatched reports vendors and distributor wise, monthly transporter vehicle hire from transporters wise also drafted monthly dead, slow moving & damage stock reports
