Conduct CV reviews and candidate phone screens, coordinate telephonic/face2face and video conferencing interviews
Manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates and thoroughly pre-screen candidates to industry standards
Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meets the project requirement
Develop talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including Referral generation, Networking, HR Forums and Head Hunting
Interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations and building a rapport with them
Conduct reference checks and background investigations of all candidates
Ensure timely follow ups with managers until they complete all levels of interview
