Primarily responsible to drive HR operations ensuring functional efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruiting the best resource for the Organization.
Identifying staffing needs in coordination with functional heads and relevant managers.
Developing and reviewing recruitment strategies and plans to ensure timely and consistent induction of quality human resources.
Reviewing and improving selection procedures to enhance the quality of screening,
Establishing and improves HR processes with the aim of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall HR operations.
Responsible for recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to final interview
Using multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques including the latest social recruiting vehicles, Internet websites, company career site, networking and professional organizations
Conduct CV reviews and candidate phone screens, coordinate telephonic/face2face and video conferencing interviews
Manage, filter, and pipeline qualified candidates and thoroughly pre-screen candidates to industry standards
Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified professionals that meets the project requirement
Develop talent pools through creative sourcing techniques including Referral generation, Networking, HR Forums and Head Hunting
Interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations and building a rapport with them
Conduct reference checks and background investigations of all candidates
Ensure timely follow ups with managers until they complete all levels of interview
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms
