My Core responsibilities are to ensure implementation of the compliance for the appended certifications and Customers Code of Conduct:

IKEA, WALMART, TARGET, TESCO, PRIMARK, HRG, LIDL, WOOLWORTH, JC PENNY, BONTON, WILLIAMSON DICKIES, SEARS, SAINSBURY, SHOPDIRECT, EZIBUY, DEBENHAM And Others.
Responsible to provide consultancy on WRAP, SA 8000:2014, OCS and Customers COC audits Requirements.
Responsible to look after all Social / Environment/ Health and Safety / Quality / Security/ Technical Certification and Customer COC and ensure to maintain proper update record as well as system implementation in overall Bismillah Textiles Limited.
Responsible to update all types of record related to Social Compliance/ COC and certification audits.
To Assist and coordinate Management in establishing QMS, EMS, CSR and any other System/Program Policies, Manuals, Procedures, Objectives & Targets.
Keeping track of the activities defined by the clients.
To update the company’s QMS, EMS, CSR and/or any other System/Program.
To ensure Compliance with environmental rules, regulations & standards applicable to their operations.
To ensure in-house workers training regarding Health & Safety and Legal/Social Compliances.
To Conduct Internal Social Compliance, HRD, QMS, EMS/HSE and CSR Audits (planned and/or unannounced). and communicate non-conformances to relevant department heads for its corrective actions.
To ensure the implementation of Product’s Safety & to educate employees about its importance
To ensure regular inspection of Heavy Machinery (i.e. Boiler, Generators, Compressors, Lifts, Electric Wirings, Drinking Water Test etc).
Responsible for fill up of all customers’ questionnaires and factory profiles.
Ensure that System is implemented effectively in the organization as per Customer’s Code of Conduct, prevailing Country Labor Laws etc.
Ensure and update Facility is equipped with proper Health and Safety tools.
Monthly review of Injury Log Book, Health and Safety Committee & Joint Works Council etc.
Arrangements of external training of health & safety conducted by Rescue 1122.
Any other assignment given by the HOD.
Responsible to look after all Social / Health and Safety / Quality / Product / Security/ Technical Local as well as International Certification and ensure to maintain proper update record as well as system implementation in overall Sadaqat Group.
Responsible to ensure proper certification record and arrange audit at least 90Xdays before expiry of certification and proper follow up with all certification bodies with coordination of GM Compliances.
Responsible for proper Calibration, follow up of all NOC / Certification / Training/Evacuation drill well before expiry of any NOC/Certificate.
Responsible to ensure update list of Procedures / SOP /monthly reports required as per different certification process, Environment monitoring reports, Training schedule internal and external, internal audit process.
Responsible to add at least ONE Certification annually as per new International Standard.
Responsible to fill all on line information regarding Audit Booking, , SAQ and any other information required by Certification bodies.
Responsible to forward On Line/Off Line CAP for Non Conformities against certification audit and close all NC, s within a week after Audit process irrespective considering Auditor Time line which may be 15/30/60 or 90 days.
Responsible to ensure proper follow up of the Annual Training Plan.
Responsible to ensure preparation of BNW on quarterly basis and our up with all revenant record to Gm Compliances.
Responsible to visit daily one Production floor as well as ETP, Power House and Utilities
Departments and ensure compliance of Certification process and report to GM Compliance
for any non conformity.
Responsible to ensure Risk Assessment including Product, and Environment, Health & Safety as per standard requirement and ensure proper liaison with all concerned HD,s and manage documents on Bi Annually basis.
Responsible for maintain internal Audit by the Trained Auditor and following cross functional team of
Maintain daily attendance record & the personal files of employees as per company & Compliance policy.
Make salary sheets and overtime reports as per the requirement of the company & Labor Law of Pakistan.
Conduct Orientation of employees regarding HR /Company policies, Health & Safety, Environment etc.
Conduct survey of the company in a week for pursuing the ISO 9001:2008, C-TPAT and Sedex ETI audit Requirements.
Maintaining documents & keeps their records according the ISO 9001:2008, C-TPAT, HRG & SEARS Technical audit for the Assurance of Compliances Requirements.
Daily visit of all departments for implementation of compliances requirements (i.e. Safety signs, First Aid Boxes, Proper identifications for traceability etc).
Conduct ISO 9001:2008, C-TPAT, HRG Technical audit, Health & Safety, Customers COC related Trainings.
To make sure the all parameters of ISO 9001:2008, C-TPAT, HRG Technical audit & Customers COC.
To maintain & check Social Security & EOBI sheets as per required by Labor Law of Pakistan.
Make sure internal & external calibration of each measuring instrument in each department.
Conduct Internal Audit half yearly and make corrective & Preventive Action report for the control of further Occurrence of Non-Conformances & Prepare MRM Agenda points & Schedule Accordingly for presenting it in MRM minutes.
