Responsible for preparation, coordination and circulation of documents (Employment, Promotion, Re-designation, Entitlements, Revisions, Warnings, Confirmation and End of Employment).
Responsible for Management and distribution of monthly payroll by balancing/verification of existing employees data.
Updating & auditing data in HRIS regularly, for accuracy and record maintenance purpose.
Healthy coordination with CEO & Director to plan and execute strategic HR initiatives & daily operations.
Responsible for execution of financial assistance requests (Personal Loans, Vehicles Loans, Advances and Waive off).
Preparation of monthly headcount report pertaining Turnover, Replacements, New Inductions & Requisitions and Existing staff.
Comparison Reports to compliance pay scales with offered salaries.
Conduct exist interviews, initiate final settlement/clearance formalities
Generating SOPs & JDs.
Introducing HR Manual to compliance Company's polices with Government Legal Affairs.
