Independently manage all the activities of QA Evaluation of minimum 40 calls per day. Ensure quality, timeless and accuracy in the entire evaluation process.Cross check 50 of calls evaluated by Quality Assurance Officers. Data compilation, making reports using Microsoft Excel and presenting to QA Manager.Understanding of relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and working towards positive results for the assigned ADOs/DOs.Providing feedback to QA manager to work on weak areas/gaps in routine calls being evaluated on daily basis. Evaluation of calls for monthly performance of CSEs, and share/highlight gaps & share with QA Manager for improving the quality. Keeping the QA Manager aware of all issues which are observed during evaluation and analyzing the training needs of the CSEs based on the calls evaluations.
• Reporting to Assistant Director Operations by using MS Office especially MS Excel, Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Supervise the team and help them resolve Medical claims related issues of complex nature.
• Communication with New Jersey staff regarding practice performance and issues.
• To ensure Quality, Timeliness and Accuracy in the entire Billing Process.
• Work on cases assigned on Salesforce.
• Highlight and suggest actions to improve the billing process.
