· Perform daily and weekly inspections of the facility to ensure smooth operations.
· Hire and train maintenance employees to carry out specialized duties.
· Perform periodic maintenance and routine calibration of mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
· Maintain accurate record of maintenance operations and present to upper management reports of daily activities.
· Responsible for parts purchasing activities including Drafting Purchase Orders, setting up terms & conditions as per company standards and project requirements, follow-up and expediting etc.
· Maintaining service stability, network performance, availability and customer satisfaction.
· End to end handling of customer queries and resolution of tickets through co-ordination with respected in-house teams.
· Write all incidents, outages and performance alerts in Ticket Systems either internal or external and Categorize issues for escalation to appropriate technical teams.
· Documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
· Escalate problems to appropriate level & concern department, if an issue is not resolved in a specific time.
· As a team lead, my responsibility to provide first line support to Field teams.
· Worked at O&M department at Zong, Jazz, UFONE, and Telenor projects (ZTE and Vertive rectifiers).
· Troubleshoot and rectify Power issues (AC/DC: meter, cables, distribution box, breakers, SPD’s, switch, ATS panel and DG related issues.
· Making health report of DC equipment (Battery Backup) & Rectifier modules.
· Escalation of CP issues to regional WAPDA & other issues to concerned vendors.
· Reporting i.e. fueling, cash flow, CM, PM, inventory reports.
As a trainee engineer we monitor the operating sites of the network and also monitor the GSM .
