Working as shift in charge
i am doing work as a cashier and other services. i am also playing the role of manager. manage the product , customer handling, cash handling and maintain hygiene. some main responsibilities are given below:
1.Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
2.Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
3.Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
4.Greet customers entering establishments.
5.Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
6.Resolve customer complaints.
7.Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
8.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
9.Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
