(PMHM). PERSONAL MEDICAL HISTORY MAINTAINER
PMHM is an asp.net web application that can maintain a personal data about the disease, treatment that a person has bear in past. it maintains all medical, surgical, and reports records for future usage which can be accessible anywhere for that person.
• It is developed in an asp.net technology using visual studio.
• My role was as a web developer (front end, backend) and database designer
• I acquired an A+ in fyp.
