I perform the following duties on Job:
Assist GM Finance in planning and execution of overall financial tasks.
Design Projected Financials for upcoming projects and present to GM.
Financial Reporting of monthly/quarterly/semi annually and annually basis of Pakistan and UAE Units.
Recheck Rs. 300M carriage outward outsourcing invoices from Vendor.
Monitor vendor payments and vendor ledger reconciliations.
Supervise 25 Bank reconciliation on a daily basis and daily balances report to BOD.
Receivable management and rechecks of trade discounts, special discounts, target discounts and reports present to Director Sale.
Conduct External audit and coordinate with External Auditors
Coordinate with Tax Consultant for final computation of tax Provision on audited Accounts.
Coordination with Tax Consultant in FBR and PRA tax audits
Coordinate with External Auditor in Funds audit (Gratuity & Provident Fund)
Coordinate with EOBI & Social Security department
Supervise under GM Finance (20 Year Exp. FCMA) 8 people accounts staff relevant to Expense, Payroll, AP, AR, LC and Fixed Assets
Play an active role in successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 from the Accounts department under GM Finance Supervision.
Manage Fixed Asset, GL and LC Modules and overall Module recon.
Handle and feeding in ERP Rs. 1000 Million LC and coordinate with the procurement department.
Manage Fixed Asset of Rs. 500 Million and CPEX Budgeting.
Look after Monthly closing and financials of Dubai Operations of Paint Plant and report to GM and MD

Lead Accounts department operations.
