Engineer (Electrical Maintenance)
Responsible for corrective/preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of LT/HT/PLC/MCC panels, diesel genset, transformers, compressors, boilers, and machines involved in our manufacturing processes.
Programming and troubleshooting of Siemens, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Schneider PLCs & drives.
Responsible for availability of equipment for electrical machines.
Ensure proper management of electrical and electronics’ maintenance material.
Responsible to approve the work requests of departments and manage the creation of work order against the work request and execute the work after completion update in the oracle system.
Minimizing the down time of machines.
Proper staffing of subordinates; resolve issues related to electronics/electrical maintenance.
Evaluate the performance of team and guide them.
Allocate jobs to workers and helpers and resolve issues related to electronics/electrical maintenance.
