Key Responsibilities
·         To collect House hold  data through tablet from given list of HH by PPRPD.
·         Each cluster was consist on 12 HHs as per short list from department.
·         To data collection of comprehensive food security and livelihood Assessment.
·         To achieve the assessment target easily because community HHs response was good positively.

       Responsibilities:

Logistics Officer Carries out packing, Purchases, crating, warehousing, and storage duties in preparation for site-specific program and Structure for his assignment regarding shipment.
Oversee customer based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements.
Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
Ensure materials are appropriately stored and warehouse cleaning and regular disinfection of storage spaces keep neat and clean.
Manage the repair of equipment.
Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory Physical & Systematics.
Carry out annual property inventory and provide other report in his area of responsibility.
Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
Provides a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators.
Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels to avoid supply.
To keep updates all logistics filling record in soft and hard it as well as archive the record regarding Logistics.
To supervise  and maintain the all HSE sops regarding warehouse operation regarding labourers,

Responsibilities:

Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programme and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources.
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
Identifies unskilled and skilled Cash for Work beneficiaries in close cooperation with the steering committee. 
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.
Responsible for mainstreaming gender
Maximize beneficiary contribution.
Participate in NFI distributions whenever required.
Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
The Community mobilizers should develop in-depth knowledge of all their villages of intervention and should have close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists.
Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers / project volunteers and give them useful instruction regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff;
Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the programme strategy and intended output[s];
Ensure on time completion of the tasks in line with BoQs and designs;
Liaising with programme staff of other ACTED teams to ensure that information is shared and that lessons learned are developed.
Supervise the unloading of the material on site as well as quality and quantity of the items

To wards project activities related to identified areas and pertinent issues.

Communication
To Enforcement of the provisions of Labour Acts and Rules through the company policy.


Supervise to stone slope Protection and Rcc drainage as project meets.

       Responsibilities:

Answer phones and customer concerns/complaints and questions.
Daily collection calls to collect current and past due balances.
Maintain inventory and order and maintain stock and logs.
Audit invoices against purchase orders and budget for cost accounting entry and payables.
Supervised and monitored the Construction Office to ensure high quality service to new Homeowners.
Work closely with Customer Service, sub-contractors, and homeowners to resolve any discrepancy.
Schedule and maintain meetings to provide the project coordinators assistance on all administrative duties related to their projects.

 Responsibilities:

To begin baseline research of selected communities, and continue to monitor social charge and new social information relevant to community empowerment.
To motivate & encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance.
To raise awareness that community members themselves can move each community out of poverty, and to show them ways they can do this for themselves.
To encourage and stimulate full participation by all community members; with especial attention to those who are usually forgotten, marginalized and overlooked in community decision making.
Any other duty assigned by immediate supervisor.

 

 Responsibilities:
Develop Health and Hygiene promotion messages cognizing the local assessed needs and complement it to become the part of IEC material Share the developed IEC material (in consonance with local conditions) on Health and Hygiene and Disseminate IEC material at various levels of forums
·         Impart trainings for formed community groups , Saaf Pani committees , Youth committees members,  educational institutions and public & private authorities on WASH promotion
·         Provide sessions in targeted villages for the promotion of WASH messages with the assistance of social mobilizers in communities (in villages, schools, mosques and social gatherings) and Produce and submit health and education activity report.
 

Planning, implementing, Controlling and Monitorinng the Operatios of project according to Standard business foermat.

·         To visit the micro finance branches and check the FO’s daily dairy, cash folio report and cash receipt payment books  as well as as to monitor the over dues (OD) portfolio clients, and evaluate the risk of potential defaulter client recovery.
·         To monitor the catchment FO’s portfolio and meeting with clients regarding OD or installment timely payments as per schedule.
·         To prepared the daily, weekly & monthly visits portfolio report to Managers.
·         To monitor the portfolio and meet each one client door to door and sharing with their cash installment and check payment receipt as per cash folio report.

·         Monthly wise check the physical count spot register & daily basis updates the system &   match with physical.
·         Loading & unloading the products on batch wise & raise the outward/ Inward Gate pass.   
·         To raise the orders, invoices, feed RT’s & cash in the system. Office filling in proper and keep updates the records.
·         To manage the Transport’s for deliver the products in the whole country side Field & warehouses locations.
·         To appointment the permanent labor & security guards at warehouse.
·         To check the safety equipments on monthly basis.

Main Responsibilities:
·         To control the inventory, opening and closing balance. Updates the bin cards and Physical check     spot register.
·         To operate the warehouse as loading & unloading the products. Handling contractor for supply the product.
·         To prepare the month end report of stock, monthly expenses of warehouse and Handling contractor’s bills.
·          Demonstration on daily wise to the Labors, watch & ward man as well as handling Contractor about the work safety.
