Job Key Function:
All responsibilities under my job key as a look after all Rice seed production with growers and manage all solved field with Chinese and rice seed production growers also selected good fields for seed productions during rice sowing season.
All look after staff of unit and commutation with Chinese and head office.
Look after all growers problems during seed production sowing season of rice and also meetings with growers create problems during seed production sowing till harvesting of the end of season rice .
Make all payment of grower bills with finance department and arrange paid amount as soon as possible from head office
All reports to General Manager and Chief R&D and also repotted to finance department.
Look after finance and bank transaction form head office and reported to the head office
Look after all staff salary and other expense monthly wise.
All manage of security guards duties and solved point problems and arrange Chinese security and also commutation with home department and district police officer on daily basis and also Chinese daily activities reported to DIP department.
Look after with finance department for company ware House sorted different product and wheat reported to technical manager at head office and also checked all record and reported to head office.
Annual attend and participated annual conference of growers and suggestion better improvement of yield of growers during seed production rice seasons.
