Responsibilities includes
Assist in implementation of recruitment plan, coordinate with line managers to develop Job description & specification for preparation of job advertisement.
Initial screening of candidates, preparation of interview profiles of shortlisted candidates, call shortlisted candidates to schedule test / selection interviews.
Generation of Human Resource ID for all newly hired employees / newly posted army personnel using Oracle.
Support or act in all human resource functions.
Prepare and maintain personal files of employees.
Work with line managers to implement HR procedure.
Support HR manager in conducting annual performance appraisal.
Maintaining and updating HR policies, manual and procedures.
Dealing with placement of Internees on deferent projects and preparation of their stipend, internship certificates, their evaluation and if found suitable for the job then their hiring process.
Processing employees loan application, medical, distress grants, Funeral Expenses etc.
Dealing with employees' leave matters.
Processing of discharge cases of all civil employees.
Processing of promotion cases of all civil employees.
Headcount.
Preparation of presentation related to HR on PowerPoint.
