Moved from Karachi Region to Multan Region and re-designated as an Area Sales Manager Channels (OOH) since 1st August 2015, Looking Whole Multan Region.
Responsibilities: Devising channel strategy for Out Of Home. Working closely with frontline sales teams to maximize category sell out. Taking different initiatives to develop OOH channels across national canvas while incorporating geographical dynamics. Sales and Operational Planning of Bulk Pack while driving availability and visibility. Strengthening relations with concessionaires to capitalize on existing infrastructure to facilitate business growth. Building relations with key accounts within the channels through loyalty drives. Analyzing sales trends and performance of concessionaires and field teams across the category. Staying updated on market trends, pricing and competitors.
Achievements: Closed 2016 at highest growth (19% volume Growth ) in channels within region and appointed / trained newly hired 5 dedicated supervisors and 1 BDM in Faisalabad to penetrate smartly in market, to develop strategic accounts.
• Promoted as Area Sales Manager since 1st December 2013, moved from Sukkur to Hyderabad for area assignments. Hyderabad area contributes 33% in Karachi Region.

Areas on coverage are: Hyderabad city, Jamshoro, Hala, Sanghar, Sakrand, Badin, Thatta, Mirpur Khas, Tando Allah Yar, Sehwan, Moro, Nawabshah and Dadu etc.
• Sukkur Territory with 43% contribution in my Area, consists of 10 Routes with 30 sales staff (Sales Executives + Delivery Boys ) along with 2 Territory Sales Officers and 1 Territory manager on them.
Areas on coverage are: Sukkur city, Pano Aqil, Rohri, Pir Jo Goth, Khairpur, Chondko, Gambat, Ranipur, Kandiaro, Mehrabpur, Paddidan, Noshehro Feroz, Tharimir Wah, Shikarpur, Nao Dero, Rato Dero, Shahdad Kot, Larkana, Mehar, K.N.Shah, Larkana, Thull, Jacobabad, Dera Allah Yar, Dera Murad jamali, Usta Mohammad and Sibbi.
• Quetta Territory with 13% contribution in my Area consists on 04 Routes with 12 sales staff (Sales Executives + Delivery Boys) along with 1 Territory Sales Officer and 1 Territory manager on them.
Areas on coverage are: Quetta city and some area of outer market like zhob etc
• Managing and leading team of 03 Territory Managers.
• Ensured execution of company’s SOPs at Concessionaire and Market.
• Managing Wall’s distributor as per the company guidelines and work with the strong collaboration to minimize costs and increase sales/profit.
