KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Assist the Beauty Salon Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
*Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
*Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
*Monitor and maintain stock inventory.
*Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
*Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
*Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
*Handle complaints from customers.
*Research emerging products and use information to upgrade the salon.
*Make sure all employees adhere to salon’s policies and guidelines.
*Assist the salon instructor and overall staff when needed.

*Developing syllabus that clearly outlines the course requirements, rationale, goals, and objectives.
*Preparing class sessions and assignments to help students grasp course content and how it integrates with overall student learning outcomes for the course.
*Creating a learning environment that encourages student involvement and participation.
*Documenting students’ attendance, participation and progress by giving and grading assignments, projects, quizzes and/or examinations that lead to a final grade.
*Mentoring students in matters related to future business success, life goals, and career development.
As Administrative Officer at ITREB UG, I had been responsible for maintaining records, controlling stock and office supplies, building public relations, scheduling appointments, administer out-going and incoming emails and queries, greeting and consulting clients as per their needs and demands.

I possess knowledge of travel industry practices including selling air tickets and related services as well as dealing professionally with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email advising them on the suitability of destinations and flight availability.
During my career I have learnt how to work efficiently in a busy office environment where there is plenty of activity. Furthermore, I have gained experience of working with corporate clients, and know how to build a good rapport and relationship with customers so as to encourage repeat bookings.
