My main Job as a head of Internal Audit is to Prepare and Implement the Risk Based Internal Audit Plan, to assess, report on and make suggestions for improving company\'s key financial and operational activities and Internal Controls.

Assisting in Donor audits. withdrawal applications, Funds/cash management, forecasting cash flows, different Management reports to assist in financial decision. Application of PPRA rules, tendering

Maintenance of Proper Books of Accounts, Preparation of Financial Statements in Accordance with IAS & IFRS, Development of Internal control systems, Expense monitoring budgets, Cash Management Budget, followup for recoveries, Banks & other financial reconciliations, Break even analysis, Dynamic Financial and ratio analysis, Other management reports to assist in financial decisions, Tax filing, SECP filing,

Internal Audits including Pre-Audits & Post Audits, Design and implement the system of Internal Controls. Financial Analysis. Implementing a Budgetary control System. supervise the stock take assignments. Reconciliation of Financial discrepancies
