Responsibilities:
Manage Food Safety and ensure that the Food Safety Policy is adhered to in all storage areas.
Zonal Complaints Champion: Launch complaints monitoring dashboard across the Center Zone regions and define complaints resolution structure related to food safety with regional team and define action plan, we improved drastically breached complaints percentage after taking initiatives, Liaison with regional team and NAATA team to timely closure of consumer complaints.
Carry out Food Safety Risk Assessments and consider how risks can be reduced
Conducted weekly zonal meeting with regions on present important KPIs and increase the efficiency and effectiveness, Tracking define KPIs.
Actively coordinate and manage key stakeholders: ASMs, Distributors, Quality Control, Supply Chain for smooth operations across region and distributions.
Monitored customer buying trends, market conditions and competitor actions to adjust strategies and achieve goals.
Ensure the implementation of Nestlé Quality Management System and adherence to good hygienic practices in Warehouses.
Traceability and report making
Responsibilities:
Role to conduct food safety inspections and audits
Employees trainings- GMPs, SOPs, etc.
Implementation of GMPs and SOPs
Implementation of FSSC, PFA and HALAL standards
Ensure safety of raw materials and finished products
Monitor the production phase at various levels
Review and report the principle causes of quality/safety loss and non-conformance
