1. Generators Experience

Gen set maintenance of 20KVA up to 30MVA and all MSCs, MGWs, BSCs and hub sites check the maintenance.
Operation and maintenance of backup diesel generators and ups.
I have worked Jhon Deere Gen sets different capacities.
I have worked on Perkins Gen set (400, 3.152, 1103, 1104, 1000, 1300, 4000 series).
I have worked Cummins Gen sets
I have worked Caterpillar Gen sets of diff. capacity.
Maintenance cleaning and inspection of generators exciter. Testing and inspection of rotating diode, generators testing. Cleaning and air gaps measurement of stator exciter.

2. Generators Controlled Modules

I have an experience of control modules electrically and electronics.
I can work DSE (deep sea electronics) all type modules (DSE 701 to DSE 5120).
I have hand on experience all power issues like Gen set, ATS panels, AMF modules.

3. Installation and commissioning

I have worked new Gen set installation and commissioning.

4. Grid Station up to 132 KV

Inspection and maintenance of grid station equipment cleaning with silicon grease of insulators, surge arrester, Pulse Line carrier filter (PLC), etc. trouble shooting of breakers, CT, PT CVT

5. Transformers

Inspection and maintenance of transformers rated up to 20 KVA up to 90MVA.
Coordination with different cities of subcontractor and OM Teams for day to day OM Tasks.
Inspection and maintenance of transformers rated up to 90 MVA. 132 KV Oil sampling, testing, filling treatment radiator testing, maintenance and inspection tap changers and diverter switch, bushing, conservator, breather, pressure relief diaphragm, temperature, level and flow indicators, bucholz relay and transformer testing iron and copper losses test, high frequency test, TTR test, High Voltage test.
6. Grounding
Preparation and measurement of grounding system.
Planning and execution of extension of load and up gradation of electrical systems.
