• Performing general accounting and financial activities including journal entry preparation and posting in Quick Book as well as account analysis.
• Billing of Newspaper and Magazine on daily basis in Quick book.
• Maintaining accounts receivables: preparing invoices, posting receipts, running A/R aging reports and analysis.
• Maintain and Prepare Recovery Statement on every 2 months.
