Rollout Executive
Deployment of Accenture DMS software in Unilever's Distributors in all over Pakistan.
Provide training on Distributor Management System/ Sales Force Automation (DMS/SFA) to distributor staff at their site.
Complete 18 days agenda at a single distributor.( 6 days training, 1 day cutover activity & 11 days Post Go Live Activity). Also responsible for the sign off of 18 days.
Visit different distributors in different cities of Pakistan.
Key Punching Operator
Manage Primary and Secondary Sales.
Manage Stock Report on Daily basis.
Prepare Sales Invoices, Load out and DSR (Daily Settlement Report).
Prepare Claims.
Punch all data and sync to Region Office.
Maintain all types of Reports like Outlet Tracking, KPI Sheet, Zero Purchase Report, SFE Report and Productivity on daily basis.
Co-operate on issues with region & head office team.
To balance ledger of sub-distributors of MEEZAN BEVERAGES according to their payments and stock delivery.
To maintain credit and recovery records.
Follow-up with bookers and salesmen.
Follow-up with clients of Nestle (Professional) for payments and purchase orders.
