Supervision of All Mechanical Works of Main Barrage and Head Regulator as following
Key Responsibilities
Preparing Monthly Schedules of works to be carried out at site.
Coordinating with Consultant and Client regarding approval of materials.
Proper issuance, Checking of direct/indirect/consumables material to their respective item codes and cost center (Materials include Electrodes, Disks Cutting Grinding, Equipments)
Coordination with subcontractors in Mechanical works
Management of Equipment and Machinery.
Making and Checking Of (B.O.Q) (B.O.M) as per drawing for supply of Equipments Materials
Radial Gates, Commissioning and Paint Along their Allied components.
Gantry Crane installation of (25 Ton 35 Ton)
Project Documentations
Knowledge about API Standards, ASME Standards AWS Standards.
Report Preparation
Quality Control.
Works as Procedures and Specification.
Inventory Records (Manual Computerized)
Maintain RITs and Field Testing Commissioning Documents.
Construction Site Management
Ensure Safety Practice during site work.
Manpower arrangements for assigned work.
Tools and Equipment arrangement and maintain it.
Raw Material arrangement as per requirement of drawing and Project Technical specification Arrangements for site Inspection, Testing and commissioning.
ASSOCIATE WORKS (OUTSIDE BARRAGE)

Pump Station at NEW KHANKI BARRAGE Monitors and analyses progress at Site.
MEP works EPC (Design and Drawings issues, Method Statements of Pumps Station,
Procurement, Delivery Storage on Site, Mechanical Works (Pumps Motors, Pipes and EOT (Electric Overhead Traveling Crane), Slide Gates Trash racks) and Electrical works.
Mechanical workshop EPC
Pre-commissioning and Final Commissioning of Centrifugal Pump.
Alignment and Overhauling of Pump Before installation.
Piping Fit-up, Flange Coupling and Welding after NDT, Radiographic Tests.
