I am Working as a "Quality Assurance Executive"
Responsibilities:
Planning to conduct, monitor, testing, and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Documentation and record-keeping
MRD's regarding all food products
Ensure food safety, food quality, SSOP, and hygiene
Manage the supply chain and operations to maximize the process efficiency and productivity
Teaching Assistant
Worked as a Teaching assistant at Department of Food Engineering, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. The duration of the job was six months.
Internee Engineer
Worked as an Internee Engineer at National Institute of Food Science and Technology (NIFSAT), University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan. Completed internship under qualified staff. The opportunity was offered by Government of Pakistan under Prime Minister Youth Training Scheme, National internship program (NIP).
