I believe that I’ve the ability to manage the work flow and and I can rectify the errors as I’ve done In my recent job for example recently i was employed in a garments industry where the work flow was too fast but there was alot deficiencies such as lost of panels and others accessories so me and my team mates decided to make a pattern where if these things have to transfer from one place to another then it should get scanned 1st in system then the other concernd departs have to receive these scanned supplies in system which shows the accurate location of concern accessories for this we’ve generated some daily base reports such as tracking report which shows us either the flow is being done in same prescribed form or there is any mistake if so rectify it to set it at normal and prescribed workflow till the garment stitched and packed now work efficiency is 100 fine.. As a normal human being I also believe hard work is the key to success but its also very important that where you are sweating up i mean i believe right place, right people+ your determination is a complete equation to success quotation..
